PolicyBridge® Book a walkthrough
The compiler

One product definition. Every insurance document compiled from it.

Software engineers stopped hand-writing machine code decades ago: they write the program once and a compiler produces the rest. PolicyBridge does the same for an insurance product.

Why insurance products drift

An insurance product is spread across a proposal form, a wording, a rating book or rater, a schedule, policy documents and an underwriting guide, each written and maintained by hand. Change one and the others fall out of step: a question the wording needs is missing from the form, a rating factor is asked but never used, the schedule says one thing and the wording another.

What the compiler does

Built from what you already use

A product starts from the proposal form, wording, rating book and authority the business uses today, in PDF or Word. The first form is built beside the current process, so nothing is migrated or switched off while the team tests it.

See it on a product like yours. A 30-minute walkthrough with the founders on Google Meet, then one product built beside your current process.

Questions

What is PolicyBridge?

PolicyBridge is the operating system for delegated-authority insurance. It takes one definition of an insurance product and compiles everything the business needs from it: the client's proposal form, the broker and underwriter desks, the rater, the quote, the schedule and wording, the policy documents, the bordereau and the management information. Because every piece comes from the same definition, nothing is rekeyed and nothing contradicts anything else.

How is PolicyBridge different from a portal or a policy administration system?

Portals and policy administration systems hold data that people key into them. PolicyBridge compiles the forms, rating and documents from one product definition, so the client answers once and that same record moves to the broker, the underwriter and every downstream system. It sits beside the systems an insurer already uses, such as Guidewire or Acturis, and feeds them, rather than replacing them.

Does PolicyBridge use AI to price risks?

No. Prices come from the insurer's own rating book, so the same answers always give the same premium. AI is used to help turn existing documents into a product definition, never to set a price.

How do we start?

Book a walkthrough, then send one product: the proposal form, wording, rating book and authority as they are today. PolicyBridge builds it beside your current process, your team tests it side by side, and you decide whether to keep it under a yearly licence. Nothing is migrated and nothing is switched off.
